What better reward than chocolate for fasting!
|1||1 (19.8 ounce) package brownie mix|
|2||1 3/4 cups cold milk|
|3||2 (3.3 ounce) packages instant white chocolate pudding mix|
|4||4 teaspoons instant coffee granules|
|5||2 tablespoons warm water|
|6||2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed|
|7||3 (1.4 ounce) bars chocolate covered toffee bars, chopped.|
1.Heat 2 tbsp oil/butter, then add garlic, green chillies & onions, sautey for 10 mins on medium heat, till the onions turn pink
2.Add keema, corriander/ mint leaves, salt & pepper.Cover & cook till the keema is complety done
3.Turn off the flame, and let the keema cool down for 10-15mins. Break in some eggs, throw in spring onions and MIX..
4.Now take the romali roti, and if you want you can place some cheese, garlic sauce, hummus, mayyonise, etc.. watever your kids like. This is completely optional step. Originally mutabaqq is made only with the keema filling.
5.Put some keema-egg mix and fold the roti into square shape.
6.Shallow fry the Mutabbaq
Mutabbaq lahem is ready, serve it with garlic sauce or hummus
